Terms & Conditions

These Official Partner Terms apply to all current and prospective Official Partners of the GO-FOR-GROWTH Program. They are a condition of participation in the GO-FOR-GROWTH Official Partner Network.

Official Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 November 2026

1. Eligibility and Corporate Standing

To qualify and maintain standing as an Official Partner, an entity must:

  • Be a duly incorporated corporate body in good legal standing under the laws of its home jurisdiction;
  • Demonstrate a verified commercial track record of ethical professional practice; and
  • Have no prevailing or historic record of litigation, insolvency, or regulatory sanctions that could prejudice the integrity, standing, or reputation of the GO-FOR-GROWTH program or the Government of Sierra Leone.

2. Mandatory Due Diligence and Clearance Fee

All partner accreditations are subject to independent compliance vetting conducted by TG 2050 Ltd’s authorized third-party due diligence provider:

  • Due diligence clearance on both the corporate applicant entity and its Chief Executive Officer (or equivalent managing principal) is strictly non-negotiable.
  • Applicants must remit a non-refundable due diligence fee of USD 2,000 prior to formal onboarding.
  • This fee is fully credited and refunded to the partner alongside the distribution of their first earned commission payment.

3. Operational Obligations and Information Governance

Official Partners must adhere to the following operational standards:

  • Primary Authority: The official GO-FOR-GROWTH documentation and portal constitute the definitive, authoritative source of statutory policy and criteria. Partners must consult these primary resources before submitting operational queries; basic informational inquiries covered in published materials will be directed back to the portal.
  • Service Standards: Maintain institutional quality standards across all stages of client introduction, processing, and advisory support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all representations, prospect disclosures, and promotional collateral strictly conform to the laws of the Republic of Sierra Leone, the guidelines of the Sierra Leone Immigration Department, and the operational standards established by TG 2050 Ltd.

4. Active Promotion and Online Representation

Partners are required to provide active, accurate visibility for the initiative:

  • Any partner maintaining a public website, digital platform, or promotional catalog featuring citizenship, residency, or foreign direct investment programs must prominently feature GO-FOR-GROWTH as an official sovereign pathway of Sierra Leone.
  • Timelines for Implementation:
  • New Partners: Representation must be published within 90 calendar days of agreement execution.
  • Existing Partners: Representation must be updated and visible within 60 calendar days of this revision (by 1 February 2027).
  • All representations must be accurate, up to date, and correctly identify the Republic of Sierra Leone as the underlying sovereign jurisdiction.

5. Performance Benchmarks and Term Renewal

Official Partner status is granted on a performance-evaluated 12-month renewable term:

  • Standard Minimum Benchmarks: Each accredited partner is required to execute at least two (2) targeted marketing campaigns annually and conclude a minimum of two (2) successfully approved applications within every 12-month term.
  • Annual Review: Renewal is not automatic. Continuation is contingent on an annual compliance review assessing promotional output, active investor pipeline, conversion metrics, and adherence to statutory guidelines.
  • Non-Performance: Failure to meet agreed benchmarks or a sustained absence of commercial activity may result in non-renewal or immediate termination in accordance with Section 8.

6. Professional Standards and Conduct

TG 2050 Ltd maintains an institutional standard of professional engagement:

  • All correspondence, inquiries, and commercial exchanges must remain professional, constructive, and respectful.
  • Unprofessional, defamatory, abusive, or obstructive conduct toward operational personnel, service partners, or state authorities constitutes an irremediable breach resulting in immediate revocation of accreditation.

7. Official Communication Protocols

To satisfy sovereign compliance, document retention mandates, and audit trails required by the Government of Sierra Leone:

  • Designated Channel: Official business, client filings, and programmatic instructions must be conducted exclusively via registered corporate email.
  • Operating Hours: Inquiries are monitored and addressed strictly during standard operating business hours (Monday through Friday), taking account of international time zones.
  • Restricted Channels: Social media messaging, instant chat applications, and personal messaging services (e.g., WhatsApp) are strictly prohibited for processing operational business. WhatsApp contact is reserved strictly for genuine time-critical administrative emergencies.

8. Term, Cancellation, and Termination

  • At-Will Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership agreement without assigning cause by providing thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice to the other party.
  • Transitional Grace Periods: For partners holding accreditation prior to 1 November 2026:
  • Partners with no concluded applications hold a transition window expiring 30 April 2027. Where no application is lodged by that date, accreditation is rescinded pursuant to the program's transitional refund schedule.
  • Partners with concluded applications receive automatic extension through 31 October 2028, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms

Pursuant to Clause 8 of the Principal Partnership Agreement, TG 2050 Ltd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions upon official written notice. Continued representation of the program or participation as an Official Partner following notification of revisions constitutes full, binding acceptance of all updated terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any operational, commercial, or interpretative dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first endeavor to settle the matter amicably through direct, good-faith executive negotiations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days of formal notice, the dispute shall proceed to formal mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
